So many people visit this page every week, and I’ve felt bad, a bad, bad girl, because I don’t know what to say about myself. It’s stupid, for one who blogs about their daily life… but this page is different. “About Me” is a very pretentious title for a page. It bothers me, as I have feeling I’m being “celebrity” and that is not what I am at all. I love sharing my days on here, sharing my photos doesn’t bother me either, after all, that’s my job. Somehow I have a mental block about writing a list of things “About Me”

Hello World!

My name is Sarah Louise Lambert and I work under the name of TraceyLouise. I’m cool with either. I’m a professional Glamour and Fashion Model. I also own an internet based Lingerie business, and also I own part of a Venue Dressing business with my friend Kelly Sampson.

• Birth Date: 22^nd February1985
• Where I Live: That has always been a bowl of contention for me, but I live in the beautiful countryside, in the gorgeous county of Cheshire, England.
• Hobbies: I’ve not really got any hobbies, but I enjoy reading (fact rather than fiction). I play guitar, I love going for walks. The rest is pretty boring. Watching TV and listening to music. My music taste is wide and varied and it’s mentioned in my blog from time to time.
• Height and Weight: Jeez you are nosey! I’m 5’5” and I weigh around 120lb 8st 5lb
• Measurements : Even more nosey! 34b/c – 24 – 35
• How Do I Keep Fit: I run most mornings unless temptation takes over. I do one hour of weights every week. I do aerobics at home every day, about one hour.  I also do some Dynamic Tension which is a form of self resistance, muscle tensing and I also do some Yoga… badly. I’ve recently started dance class and may also add some pole dancing which is another form of dynamic tension… sort of.
• Diet: I don’t diet, I’ve never believed in dieting, it’s not healthy. I’m not a vegetarian either, but I do watch what I eat. I don’t eat anything fried or fatty in content. I eat small amounts rather than bingeing on one large meal. I do “pig out” at the weekend. I do eat chocolate and sweets but not to excess. Everything in moderation is fine.
• Make-Up: I just use everyday off the shelf stuff, nothing special. I don’t wear much make-up in real life, just eye liner, eye shadow and lipstick. For shoots, my make-up girl uses MUFE Make Up For Ever 140 High Def Foundation. It’s non reflective and doesn’t shine under studio lights. The rest of the “slap”….I have no idea what she covers me with. If I do my own it’s usually her leftovers.
• Favourite Clothes: Daytime… jeans, I love jeans, with heels and a t-shirt. Going Out… short dress, spike heels.
• Favourite Underwear: Non is the answer. I don’t like g-strings, they make my arse sore. I love cami – knicks, and I will wear them and a bra, but I do go commando quite a lot.
• Hair Colour: Use ya eyes Duh!… It’s shit mousey brown with blonde streaks.
• Do I Like My Job: Modelling? Yeah of course I do, I love my job! Shoes? Yup, shoes are a big thing in my life, so selling shoes and lingerie  is just a dream. I have about 200 – 250 pairs of my own.
• Bad Habits: Hahaha Like What? I don’t smoke or take any drugs. I do drink but only social drinking, unless I’m in a party mood and I get pissed. But I don’t have any issues with addictions. I don’t even bite my nails because they are acrylic… it tastes like shit!
• Do I Have A Regional Accent: I don’t know. I was born in Cheshire and I’ve lived here all my life, so I guess I sound…. Cheshire!
• Enhancements: Sorry, I don’t have any, I’m just soft and wobbly and it’s all real.
• Tattoos: I don’t have any Tatts.
• Piercings: My ears are both pierced and I have one in my belly button. My right nipple has a curly arrow piercing through it. I remove it for assigments.
• Favouite Place:  Paris.
• What Would I Like To Be Remembered For: Nothing… forget me and move on… there’s nothing to see here.
• If I Wasn’t A Model What Would I Like To Be: I think I’d like to be a Stand Up Comedienne, but I’m not funny, so fuck it.
• The Most Insane Thing I’ve Ever Done: A Tandem Freefall Skydive, a solo parachute jump twice, a bungee jump three times… I thought my fucking legs had been pulled off. A wingwalk on a stupid bi-plane at an airshow. A ride on a Superbike around a race track. Sitting in a Subaru rally car with a pro driver. Sitting in a sidecar on a racing bike and having to lean all over the place to stop it tipping over…. I almost shit myself.
